The MetaSprint Series Duathlon, set for March 17, 2024, at F1 village, features diverse running events catering to various age groups. The action-packed day begins at 5 am with the Sprint and Sprint Relay race (3km run / 18km bike / 3km run) for participants aged 16 and above. Following this, at 7 am, the Youth (12-15) and Discovery (16+) age groups engage in a (1.5km run / 12km bike / 1.5km run) race. Kids aged 8-11 can join in for a (700m run / 6km bike / 700m run) distance race starting at 7:45 am, followed by a fun 500m scoot for kids aged 4-7 at 8:45 am, concluding the event.
The MetaSprint Series Triathlon 2024, scheduled for May 5, 2024, at East Coast Park, provides an exciting platform for young athletes to showcase their skills. The Triathlon offers three race categories for participants aged 16 and above: SPRINT & SPRINT-RELAY (750m swim / 18km bike / 5km run) and DISCOVERY (250m swim / 12km bike / 2.5km run), starting from 7 am.

Join the excitement of the 9th edition of Run for Light (RFL) as it premieres at Pasir Ris Park on March 30, 2024, from 4 pm to 9 pm. This highly anticipated event presents three thrilling race categories: a unique two-person 1KM Blindfold Walk, a dynamic 5KM Fun Run, and a competitive 10KM Race. Participants can also be part of a record-setting attempt in the Singapore Book of Records for the largest resistance band demonstration.
As the sun sets, the top 5 fastest finishers in the men’s and women’s 10KM Race categories will be crowned champions, walking away with prestigious prizes and trophies. In the previous year (2023), the podium toppers BIGYAN LIMBU (#C2534) and LING ER CHOO (#C2528) achieved impressive Gun Times of 00:34:14 and 00:44:26 in the Male and Female categories, respectively.

The 13th editions of the ‘Singapore International Triathlon‘ by TriFactor and ‘TriFactor Triathlon 2024‘ are scheduled for April 28, 2024, and July 28, 2024, respectively, at East Coast Park.
In last year’s (2023) National Triathlon Championships, LI RONG LUKE CHUA and HERLENE YU emerged as the winners in the super sprint – elite category, completing the (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run) Triathlon competition in 1 hour, 3 minutes, and 22 seconds, and 1 hour, 10 minutes, and 28 seconds, respectively. The individual Triathlon categories for participants aged 18 and above offer a standard option with a 10K run and an Extended category with a 15K Run. Additionally, children aged 9-12 and those aged 13 & up can participate in the kids and mini categories, featuring distances of (100m swim, 6km bike, 1.5km run) and double the distance, respectively.
The TriFactor Triathlon 2024 event on July 28 will encompass various categories, including the Long Triathlon (2.25k / 42k / 15k), Standard Triathlon (1.5k / 36k / 10k), Sprint Triathlon (750m / 18k / 5k), Freshmen Tri (200m / 12k / 2.5k), Kids Tri (100m / 6k / 1.5k), Duathlon Standard (10k / 36k / 5k), and Duathlon Sprint (5k / 18k / 2.5k).
