They usually either refresh your IP (i.e. assign a new IP address to you) or help in restating your ONT device or router as a first step, if you are facing any technical issues with broadband internet like dual-band home broadband is turning on and off frequently or slow internet connection which keeps automatically disconnected etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
