Tsuta, formally known as Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta, is a popular chain of Japanese ramen shops that originated in Tokyo’s Yoyogi-Uehara region. The restaurant was founded in 2012 by late head chef Yuki Onishi and received the Michelin Guide Japan’s Bib Gourmand award in 2015.
